Mission: The Essence of The Job
Engage in building a trusting relationship with Commercial Customers by delivering exceptional customer service.
$40k- $50k, Experience Based 
Competencies: Non-Negotiable Qualities:
- Texas P&C License required
- 1+ year experience in commercial insurance
- 6+ months experience processing COIs
- Positive attitude & personality
- Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intrinsically driven to be successful
- Resourceful
- Assist customers with Certificate of Insurance requests. **2-3 hour response time
- Manage Certificate of Insurance request inbox
- Generate Renewal Documents and to begin Renewal Process for Account Managers.
- PTO - 15 days annually
