Mission: The Essence of the Job
Acquire new customers to our insurance agency by offering Auto, Homeowners, Umbrella, Specialty Lines, and other Personal Lines products.
$36k Base Salary
+ Uncapped Bonuses with Life Insurance Kicker! Top Producers Earn $70K–$100K+!

- Valid P&C License
- 1+ Year Personal Lines Sales Experience
- Positive personality

Desired Outcomes:
- Acquire 20 new households monthly or write $55K in total premium
- Collaborate with team development as agency grows and advance from within
